4. Third-Party Platforms
When you click a "Play Now," "Join Table," "Download," or similar button on Come Play 99, you leave our website and visit a third-party gaming platform. Come Play 99 is not responsible for the content, policies, payment processes, game fairness, or customer service of any third-party platform. Every site maintains its unique privacy rules, terms of service, and responsible gaming guidelines. Review these rules before you sign up or send a UPI deposit.
Come Play 99 may receive referral commissions from some platforms we review. This factor has no impact on our ratings, orderings, or review articles. Our evaluation standards remain identical for every site even if we receive a commission.
5. UPI and Payment Information
Come Play 99 provides information about UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), RuPay cards, bank transfers (IMPS, NEFT, RTGS), and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, USDT). However, Come Play 99 does not process any payments. The third-party platform where you select to play manages every deposit and withdrawal. We bear no liability for UPI failures, late withdrawals, or payment issues on external sites. Get in touch with the platform support for any payment problems.
6. Data We Collect
Come Play 99 collects minimal user data. Check the Privacy Policy for further information. Your bank details, UPI ID, Aadhaar, PAN, and KYC papers are not stored by us. Any such information you provide goes directly to the third-party platform, not to Come Play 99.

All reviews, articles, comparisons, and original content on Come Play 99 are copyrighted by Come Play 99. Written consent is required before you copy, duplicate, or post our material. We use public data for provider logos and images which belong to their original owners. Public sources and slotslaunch.com provide the data for these tournaments.
8. Disclaimer
Come Play 99 is an informational website. Our site does not promote or support unlawful betting activities. State-specific rules make Indian gaming regulations quite complicated. Rules for skill-oriented games like Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and cricket betting vary by state as they might be permitted or banned.
